RETURN: Please contact me to initiate the return process. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. Items will be inspected upon return. Any damaged or used items may be ineligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

REPAIR: Please contact me with detailed photos of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue. I will review the information and determine if the item is eligible for repair. If approved, you will receive authorization and instructions on how to send the item for repair. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged item to me for repair. Repairs will be completed within 15 business days from the date I receive the damaged item. Once repaired, the item will be shipped back to you free of cost.
